The Assessment Center orchestrated by your organization proved to be an immersive and concentrated evaluation, specifically designed for the identification and assessment of essential skills pertinent to the position for which I sought candidacy. The subsequent stage held at your corporate headquarters, despite extending beyond half a day, was succinct and interactive in nature. The case studies demonstrated relevance, and the execution of role-playing games exhibited a high level of professionalism, effectively simulating real-world scenarios in the realm of business. Irrespective of the ultimate outcome of the ongoing recruitment process, the participation in this Assessment Center, coupled with the comprehensive report furnished at its conclusion, undeniably constitutes a valuable experience for each candidate involved and holds significance for the overarching goals of the company

The process was quite smooth and easy to go through. Starting with the questionnaire, instructions were crystal clear as to what was needed. The assessment day was well organised. The entire day was dealt with professionally. Exercises were out of my comfort zone, but I believe that is the whole point if it to get a good understanding of candidate’s behaviour. The feedback session was very helpful and comprehensive. My strength and area of improvements were clearly communicated with apt advise as well. I also have a suggestion regarding the assessment day. It would really ease and calm the candidates if they have a rough idea about kind of scenarios they might be put in. I am not suggesting to tell them scenarios beforehand, but at a very higher level to them not getting surprised with the content. Lastly, kudos to you and the entire team for doing such a great job!
